Account Deletion

This page explains how users of Shared Notes can request deletion of their account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Shared Notes app.
  2. Go to ProfileDelete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion request.

What data is deleted

When an account deletion request is completed, all user data is permanently deleted, including:

Authentication tokens are stored only on the user’s device and are removed automatically when the account is deleted or the app is uninstalled.

Data retention

Shared Notes does not retain user data after account deletion. Once the deletion process is completed, the account and its data cannot be restored.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed promptly. In most cases, deletion is completed shortly after confirmation.
